Re: Share a cuppa?

Ohh no @ArraDreaming 🙂

Re: Share a cuppa?

HAHAHAHA LOL @ArraDreaming ...not so Cheer-y without the Cheerios!!!!

I can only imagine the turmoil in your household this morning!

Re: Share a cuppa?

@tyme
we only just realised we used the last this morning!!!
That’s why he wouldn’t go to bed!! It all makes sense. The empty cheerio box was sitting with the recycling in clear veiw at dinner time!!! he doesn’t want to go to bed/sleep because it will mean no cheerios for breakfast so he just stays awake it won’t happen!! KIDS🤣
well I went and got some so a) he can rest easy and b) WE CAN REST EASY 🤣
wow

The cheerios will give him the energy he needs to go apologise to the school librarian tomorrow 😂

Re: Share a cuppa?

Look how quick their minds run @ArraDreaming . They are 10 steps ahead.....

I'm imagining your years ahead....

I'm logging off for now. We will chat tomorrow.

Re: Share a cuppa?

Hi @Meowmy, I've also been watching some very good films on my phone this last couple of nights.

Last night I watched a very lovely art film called "I'm thinking of. Ending Things" which while not light entertainment, it's not as gloomy as it sounds, and at the beginning there's a beautifully recited poem called "Blown Docks", and at the end there's an equally beautiful ballet sequence set in a high school corridor and sports hall. The film is about how we don't really end relationships, we seem to go from beginning to new beginning. It also compares our idealised view of love relationships with reality. It was a hauntingly beautiful film.

Tonight I watched "News of the World" with Tom Hanks, and am listening to the theme music as I write this; magic of mobile phones, I don't know what we did without them.
