I’m having vita wheats and butter with grated cheese on top. @Oaktree 🙂🌺
I had same as yesterday for lunch (chicken and veg casserole with rice).
pretty boring, however it helps when living with a bowel challenge (aka IBD🙂).

As a child I loved weetbix with butter and vegemite. You need a drink to go with it though. Never tried it with grated cheese. Maybe I should try that

Sorry it’s not the prettiest dish, however this is what I have for breakfast..it’s semolina, chia seeds, cinnamon, and a vitamin rich greens and reds powder.
Its really nice, and I add some homemade yoghurt with blueberries 🫐 🙂🌺
I make it in batches, cool it, and have it cold 🙂🌺
