I was taking the leaves as I needed naturally ... but his hint to leave the inner crown untouched was handy.   Looking forward to more this year.  Nice to know my approach had a name!

I have an appointment with my psychiatrist today but not lloking forward to seeing his receptionist.  She seems to keep wanting to put me in my place, let me know she is on top, then tell me in a big beaming voice ... to 'have nice day'.  She is beginning to give me the creeps.  Then later a music group.  Dealing with strong personalities again there.  It seems to be my challenge these days.  Not to let them faze me or get me down, but keep on keeping on and going strong.

It’s a shame when people feel the need to be above us. Try not to let it bother you. Sounds like the receptionist has their own issues.

I already harvested my lettuce like that but I didn’t know it had a name either. 

I hope your psychiatrist appointment goes well and that you enjoy your music group. I wonder what the universe is trying to tell you re strong personalities? Just remember what other people think of you is none of your business.
