Re: Life and trauma

@tyme yes there is things I do but I lose focus very quickly so I don't complete alot of things.

What's rest? That's something my body or mind doesn't know how to do.

I love glitter gel pens. I am constantly buying them from Aldi. The purple ones get used up so fast lol. Purple is my favourite colour. I enjoy colouring in and painting.

Re: Life and trauma

@Oaktree that's where I get mine from. They are really the best ones I've found for glitter ones. Painting is good fun too, but only if I'm painting a picture that's been drawn. I can't draw to save my life 🤣

Re: Life and trauma

@Former-Member  I've been playing with a kitten most of the time so its been quite a good day.

The fact you're still here proves how much of a fighter you are.  I know how hard it is when a doctor comes along, dumps a bunch of bad news on you and leaves you to process it all on you own.  It sucks big time!  And it is overwhelming.  But it does get easier.  Any you do eventually start to find some positives as unlikely as it seems.

Drawing is not my strong point either so that’s why my paintings are more abstract or something simple. I did a little kids Christmas painting that I got at Aldi

@MJG017 playing with a kitten seems like a good way to spend the day.

Re: Life and trauma

@rav3n not since I was a very young child. I hate that the numbers can be seen even after painting over them.
