I've spent much time on undoing guilt trips.
I have had one of the loveliest birthdays for a long while. Doing music with 2 people just short bits, part of movie with my son and out meeting new people, and cracking bad jokes but having a good time. Drinking water lol
Went to a local fundraiser
$5 bbq and $5 raffle tix and good company and even a bit of a rock and roll dance.
Such a beautiful surprise to see all the notifications. So I do feel like I had a party.
