Went on a 8km walk this morning with hubby, son and our kelpie.home now resting  as my right hip is very sore. It's terrible getting older you notice every ache and pain.
@TAB  enjoy rest of the day.

Re: Good Morning!

I've never been Overseas (yet) @TAB I could never afford to go.

Maybe one day, when there's plenty of $$....

When will that be?

I've lived & worked in 4 different States though - Not that many people have done that.

Re: Good Morning!

I borrowed money to do quick trip overseas 20 years ago @Adge

have visited all states and mainland territories except NT too humid

worked and lived everywhere else except ACT and TAS

Re: Good Morning!

Yeah I've just turned 56 and I haven't walked that far for a long time. My physio snd Dr will be upset because they want me to ease into walking. But at the time I was enjoying it. But paying for it now!!

Re: Good Morning!

oh well try some stretches and cream after ice or ice spray maybe @BlueBay  yes its hard for me to go more than a couple weeks without upsetting something, esp if do it every day and /or try and increase things too quickly lol

Re: Good Morning!

Very impressive @TAB Yes I agree - NT is too Humid.

I found Broome (northern WA) too humid.
