Yes the sun has powerful properties that are yet to be realised.  It can regulate hormones and is great for acne and other dermatological conditions and candidaisis.  I love sitting in the sun - its my constitutional.  That album you recommended is really good.  I have it playing in the background! I remember Metallica in the 80's! That jam you sent me was pretty cool @TAB I love guitar particularly including progressive rock.  I never got much into heavy metal but liked some of it on the radio.  Twisted Sister was a band i can remember. I think there was also a term called soft metal? The world has really opened up with music now with the internet

I used to listen to Black Sabbath and Deep Purple in AM radio in early 70s lol @Former-Member  not sure re soft metal . If you are ever up late @plasmo on nightshift thread knows a lot about music and progressive rock and metal
