I have built some fine inner resilience against the odds but man does it drain energy!

I read this and thought omg the levels of endurance. I do hope he keeps on the other direction for your sake. Gosh you know I think the sad thing it can take years but they all seem to work it out in the end, I mean the new party. Because the beast always repeats a pattern. 

I honestly think many women persist because we believe we can help. 
I now post the help sign on my own head first!! 
Nailed on- with warning if you resemble key traits or x, y, z best you jump on the next ship home! 😅

I am spending the day doing some lead training for my young puppy Hannah. 🐶  Was meant to have hydrotherapy,  but pool is closed for repairs.

Thanks so much @Former-Member @Emelia8 @Glisten ❤️❤️❤️ I hear voices of understanding coming from lived experience !!!  It’s sad, but it does make us more powerful in the longer term.  ex’s newby hasn’t behaved well, and has cost my baby dragons a lot of pain along with me, so it’s hard to feel sorry for her, but I do know there is suffering ahead.for her too.

Oh no @Zoe7 😔 I am presuming you will be able to communicate about it, and others will pitch in to help you ?  It has been such a lovely school, and I’m sure they treasure you ❣️

@Faith-and-Hope You will teach your baby dragons 🐉 how to cope with this situation through your actions.

There is no excuse for disrespect, bad manners, poor behaviour and injustice.

The only thing I can control is ME. MY self talk and MY actions.

I control NOTHING else.

You will teach your babies they NOT defined by life experiences.

Always, always look inward.
