no worries @Bunniekins ,   I know how close you are to your  menagerie of  little friends.   I'm  so pleased he is back on his tucker.  Good sign. 

 Gee  it was cold in the hills last night.  I poked some    'too long'

logs in the pot belly stove,  could hear it giggle every time I poked a rib from the inside.   Then I had to put some socks on the little iron feet,  the stove was lifting of the cold stone floor one at a time.

Now its glowing cherry red and dancing again.  There's  some gaps in my ageing weather boards to be tracked down...     Might plug em with my old retired socks,   . . .   they should  stick...

@tonys   aww tonys i am picturing your cottage in my mind. is it weatherboard?  that is how i am seeing it?  painted forest green  with beautiful trees around it.  lots of flowers and a frog pond xx
