just in the middle of sauté - steam of some chicken bits, in the marinade from last night (a bunch of herbs, tomato, and coconut cream). Will add veggies and the remaining marinade, then add rice at the end 🙂🌺

 Sorry it’s a bit hard to see - just in the steaming process 🙂

How many days did you wait for the banana to over-ripen?

I waited for awhile for the bananas to over ripen. The skin was almost all black. The squishier the better!! I still have some left so will probably make a second one in a few days.

Yeah I guess it could @Birdofparadise8 Never thought of that. I have had them since last week so was just playing the waiting game.
