Does quitting smoking make you

depressed ?

I ordered a second hand apple from eBay. My ex husband bought me an apple 🍏 computer from eBay for $500 and it lasted 5 years which is amazing. I only need it to last for a year and I got a 2019 13" laptop for $400. 

My big role is to keep on getting space from my ex-husband. It's tough for him but am learning to message I'm busy please message Mr Rocker.

@Former-Member I am here my friend, what is it?  I had a bit of a rough night sleep myself, didn't help that I had a nice meal at the pub with my dad and we walked home since we live right near the pub.

The live band was playing outside since it was a nice night, and I could listen to the music for ages. Eventually I fell asleep but woke about 2am and struggled to get back to sleep (even with the assistance of a tablet)

@Arbie_wun sorry that you had a rough night's sleep. But I'm glad you have a nice meal with your dad. Music can be nice to listen to while you fall asleep.

@Former-Member sorry to say this my friend but there is no giving up.... you have people who care and want to help you,

If I gave up each time, I got knocked down in life I wouldn't be here to give you the support you need.  I honestly wish there was more that I could do to help because I feel as though I am not doing enough.

@Former-Member ... you are worth helping and you are a valuable part of all this.  You really are worthwhile and deserve to stay here with the rest of us.  You have helped me a lot and I know that I have helped you too.  I just feel as though sometimes I could do more because I see you struggle and wish there could be more I can do to help.

@Former-Member I know that I do help you and there are times I wonder if I have said something the wrong way because I do sometimes get my words a little muddled.  This is because my brain can in fact work faster than the rest of me.  I sometimes re-type things because my fingers don't move fast enough to get the right words in the right places.
