I know what you mean re foot dragging @TAB . For me it's this awful winter weather. It makes me so unmotivated. I really want to move to a warmer state. I live in Victoria.

yeah some days I can make self do things, some days want to do lots, but never seem to catch up @Arizona  um I'm in WA but its really cold this time of year where I am , think will have moved on in 12months time hopefully

The weather has been unusually cold here for so long. We didn't have a proper summer here two years in a row. 

I'm going to have a shower now and see if I can warm myself up.

yeah I love the thought of hot weather in winter @Arizona  at least my arthritis prefers it lol
