I think what @Appleblossom
said was right. Better to know before I got too invested. It’s a shame but not the end of the world. Sounds like the organiser has gotten a bit paranoid! I can really do without the drama anyway.

Yikes @Oaktree sounds like you’re better off without that group in your life. I’m sorry you’ve been through all that drama.

@Oaktree It may have just been the group dynamics that alienated you and made you feel down because you were not used to socialising. Next time I have a small suggestion ❤️ - take in a piece of sodalite crystal with you maybe with some black tourmaline crystal and amazonite crystal. Know how to cleanse and charge them before use or they won't work.
The sodalite will make group activity more cohesive and everyone will get on together including with you, the black tourmaline will make you confident and protect you from psychic attack and the amazonite will make you feel more aligned with any unpredictable elements that you feel may erupt in the group environment. <google metaphysical properties of these crystals>
Just chalk it up to experience, I know its a yuk feeling when stuff goes wrong in our lives but give yourself some credit - you have a mental illness and socialising can be difficult for people. It would be nice if we lived without these deficits but its something we have to manage throughout our lives. So pat yourself on the back and say you tried and maybe try more safer inclusive groups in future that are non judging and offer encouragement.

Hi @Former-Member
Thanks so much for the Crystal suggestions. I am a involved in a mental health organisation that does groups which is inclusive but I wanted to try and make friends outside that group.
Overall it was a disappointing experience.

I know @Oaktree I think you may have mentioned it before regarding the mental health group you allready attend. Its hard streamlining back into standard groups however. It would have been nice if it worked out for you. I'm sorry you feel let down and disappointed by this experience ❤️ I'm about to go for a walk. I hope you will be ok today. Sending hugs

This is my thread which is fairly new. I try and keep things fairly positive here but sometimes frustrations slip in. Feel free to have a look around.
