Thinking of you and sending you love and strength @Shaz51 . So much on your plate and still you keep giving, you're amazing.
It's a pain re your diabetes meds. I hope your team has a dietician to help you with everything, and you won't have to travel too far for dialysis if you need it. There could be more help available for you with your mum. ( My dad and I were assessed for stuff like household help, OT, daycare activities and respite by a visitor from the district aged care service. Dad also had a district nurse from Veterans Affairs.)
Best wishes to you, your mum and mr shaz - you're doing a great job as team captain and coach and I hope you get more support from the wider team. I'm with you on the forums fwiw.

Hi @Shaz51 thanks for asking how I'm going. I'm still in lockdown like so many of us. I'm going quite well considering as are most of my family.
Like @Dimity said, there are subsidised support services funded by federal government for people 65yrs or over. You just call the MyAgedCare service to see how to set it all up. I did it for my ageing parents. There's transport, house and garden help, linen service, right through to high level clinical care, all provided where you live. If you can access some extra support like that, it may give you some breathing space.
Take care xoxo
