Thank you @Gwynn, once I get some coordination and a mental gealth OT review maybe there'll be a bit more latitude as regards moving some funds around. I'm hoping that the change in federal govt will mean a policy change towards a more compassionate direction. Thanks for your reply.

What helps me with important phone calls is writing down exactly what I want to say, and then anticipating any questions they might want to ask and writing down answers to those. It can sound like you're reading off a script, but at least you get what you want to say out. Hopefully your support coordinator can be an intermediary between you and the NDIS most of the time.
