Hi @Dimity , yes, being back at work lifted my spirits - thanks.

I was worried about doing lots of asthma coughing due to talking on the phone - talking can be a trigger for asthma - but luckily my phone wasn't working! 

How are you feeling? How is the decluttering going? 

Being sick for a month has meant I've got out of routine with being on the forums 😣

It sounds a bit chaotic @NatureLover - no phone and a substantial backlog - but I'm glad it worked out without setting you back.

I'm actually in a muddle myself. I've lost track of any routines I had including sleep pattern. My decluttering efforts backfired as I now have dozens of boxes of books in the spare room, and more offsite. My last meeting with the psychologist was quite upsetting and I haven't started with the new one yet. I'm a bit distressed with the usual health and family stuff and probably things in general. 

At least the weather is pleasant. I hope you're catching some sun.

Also that your final appt with the psychologist was upsetting. 

Let's hope we can both get back into some sort of good routine soon.
