Probably going to get offline now too. Spent a long while writing up a long rave about music in the 'word play' discussion. It's a great space on the forum, that thread! Great that you and @Faith-and-Hope got that going, @outlander. 
Cooler weather here this weekend, low to mid 20s. Despite the heat and humidity we get in summer, it never really gets to those 40 degree temperatures like elsewhere, even though further north than other places. Plus there's a nice ocean breeze here most of the year. Lucky that way, though still struggle with my body overheating problem most days.

So glad the temperature has dropped for you with the rain @Shaz51 I think we might get some rain overnight here too - very grey outside tonight and the temp has significantly dropped here also. I am planning on an early night - already had meds. Going to head out tomorrow to do some shopping and maybe visit my sister. I might even treat myself to some chocolate covered donuts

I know we may or may not catch up in real time today, as our timing is not coinciding so much at the moment. But wanted to send love and friendly greetings this morning anyway. Hope you have a good day, with worthwile, and hopefully enjoyable activities with your support worker. The quiet of this time of day often has me hearing birds much more distinctly than at other times, something I appreciate a lot. Here's one that lives around here in large numbers. Hope it brightens your day.
