@Ru-bee just really angry and frustrated at myself right now for losing control.

 

Guess everything just got too much and something had to give.

@Ru-bee just before and now. I'm safe though, have just resorted back to an unhelpful coping mechanism.

Okay @Dreamy, I'm glad you're safe. It's understandable to start to feel out of control when we've got so much going on around us! That doesn't take away from all the amazing work you've been doing lately to care for yourself ❤️

@Ru-bee i have a doctors appointment at 12.30pm and I don't want to even go, I don't see a point anymore. Things just keep adding on top of everything else that's already going on and I really can't take it anymore.
