@Dreamy  tbh with you i went through a stage where i wanted to hurt myself but things have gotten better. my middle son is in a great sil. my daughter is doing well. only my eldest to worry about.... things always improve albit slowly.

@Bunniekins I'm sorry you went through that stage it's a horrible place to be in. I just can't shake those thoughts and urges and it's scary. I'm glad they are doing well and that things have improved for you and them. I just don't see things improving for me.

It was quite good last night.  I got to sit next to a radiation oncologist, so i got to have a bit of a chat with him.  His did mention a clinical trial at Lyell McEwin that may be of interest so i'm looking into that. 

 

I'm being dragged off to an escape room this evening.  I'm just about to leave.  I hope that have somewhere to sit.  So i'll leave you with some jokes to add to the list we're compiling.

@MJG017 I'm glad it was good. The trial sounds like a good opportunity. 

 

Never been to an escape room, not sure i could handle it. Hope it's ok and you get to sit down when you need to. 

 

Some good jokes in there.
