You may have noticed some slight changes around the Forums and the SANE website more generally - I am here to explain what is happening here and why 😊

Changes to this board

You may have noticed this board itself has undergone a little rebrand to ‘Forums News and Updates’

The SANE team are committed to providing regular updates on the improvements we are implementing from your feedback. Regular updates are going to be published right here, in this very board, for everyone to be able to see and access.

Feedback and Complaints

There have been some changes to how our feedback and complains is found on our website.

Previously, it was right down the bottom of the site and hard to find. Now, we have put this in a much easier to find location at the top of our page:

If you are on mobile, this will appear in the dropdown menu on the main page

It will also now include a handy fillable template through which you can submit your feedback/complaint!

We have also launched an easy-read version of our feedback and complaints policy 

Technical Concerns

We now have a dedicated way to lodge any technical concerns that you experience on the Forums. This will take you to our shiny new technical feedback form!

You can find these links on the right-hand side of your screen (on web browser) or by scrolling a little way down (mobile user). This can be found on the Forums landing page as well as on any threads.

Phew. That's a few little changes to take in! We are always keen to take on feedback and to make this as accessible possible.
