Hi I'm a new member I battle with anxiety and depression. I battle with PTSD from being abused as a kid by a member of my family.

Also:
@110 The Blue Knot Foundation can be a great childhood trauma resource. I really highly recommend them. You generally get an answering machine, but then they get back to you and they're really good. Finding trauma informed people in general can make a difference.
@Annie177 When it comes to anxiety, I wonder what kind of anxiety that would be. I tend to try and differentiate between social anxiety and attachment anxiety.
The social one is a bit more, body affecting the mind (sort of)
while the attachment one is a bit more, mind affecting the body (sort of).
(I'm kind of on my own anxiety learning journey.)
There's probably a few other anxieties that I should be thinking of as well.
