Sorry to hear something is amiss with Mr Shaz tonight @Shaz51 .  Hopefully a good nights sleep will resolve whatever the problem is. But there have been a lot of changes lately and its probably very unsettling for him.  Likely all taking a toll on him.  Hi @Smc @Determined @Eve7 @Adge

cooking a roast pork for dinner tonight 

mr shaz has received phone calls from 3 children and a text message from one 

had morning tea with mum and aunty @Emelia8 , @Smc , @Determined , @Eve7 , @Adge , @Former-Member 

and took a load of stuff to the dump

apart from that i have been feeling a bit yuk and arrgggg

had my blood tests done last week
saw the dietician today
and I see the specialist on thursday , the dietician has sent me the results of my blood tests today
notice a few a bit high ,
ohhhhh , have to wait until thursday to see what the specialist says
