im feeling quite unwell physically @Snowie it seems like it may be food poisioning or possibly a reaction to something else. need it gone by tomorrow though as have appts to attend.

I am okish. Had psych today.

H goes away tomorrow for 10 days.

I know H being away for a while gets pretty tough on you, have you got some ways youll cope or some nice activites planned during this time?

Was a tough session @outlander Dissociated in it, can't remember half of what we talked about.

Havent got much planned while H is away. Will just try to deal with each day as it comes.

Have got last individual DBT session on tomorrow. Pondering if it is worth even going.
