Why I don't want to deal with this. I'm working on my letter for the parole board coz I have to finish it by tomorrow as my counselor is going on leave for Christmas. Mm. dumb idea. So triggered. Stupid fn justice system.

You've got lots going on and it's understandable that you want a bit of relief – I wonder if listening to some music or doing something else that you enjoy can give you the break that you're looking for?

Hm I think I'm having another hypo ...too scared to tell nurses. Especially coz of sh I've been doing. Really not dealing with tonight.

It's important to tell one of the nurses there if you think that you're having a hypo. Please tell someone there so that you can get some help with managing it.
