Constant and unrelenting pain in my entire body

For weeks now my entire body is in pain. I'm talking every part. I've even got a really bad shoulder and ankle. I've not done any activity to put them in the pain they are in.

It does not matter how much rest I get, it's still tr same the next day. I go to bed in pain and wake up the same. Please do not say go and see a doctor's, Zim heavily triggered by that at the moment.

I'm tired of being in agony, day in and day out. I don't know what to do about it.

Thanks.

Re: Constant and unrelenting pain in my entire body

@Powderfinger my response to intense stress is pain like that, particularly in my shoulders and neck which then trigger crippling headaches. I see a Bowan Therapist who works wonders for my knotted muscles.

good luck x

@SJT63 I might need to look at it. I have a feeling that this is definitely a result of stress.
