Private medical assessment
Hope this is allowed to be written.
I have had serious problems with my right shoulder with a lot of pain and little success in progress. So angry with public hospital getting lost in the system and going around in circles. I had to pay for the specialist to see me privately. And what a difference! He treating the problem like a fresh start and did a very thorough investigation. Certainly got my money worth. I was angry that I had to pay the same doctor but tonight I am glad I have seen him privately. Shows difference in public verse private. Costing me several hundred dollars in consultations but maybe worth it.
Other news. I care for dad. They might be selling his unit. We live a block from each other. I'm better living by myself financially and mental health. Living with dad will be a nightmare. But Im super worried what options he has. He has a pet too which makes looking for a new place even harder.
Ill leave it at that in case I get rejected again. Im find it hard not to get into trouble:/

Re: Private medical assessment
Hey @GeminiLion, looks like this post was ok. If you're every unsure about what you can write in your posts, click on the "Community Guidelines" link at the top of every page. The guidelines are there to help people find helpful information, rather than let it be a free-for-all. Shoulder problems can be quite tricky, but glad to hear that you were able to get it seen to.
It sounds hard with your dad, and it's not fun having a place sold underneath you. Are you able to look into rental assistance?

Re: Private medical assessment
Yes. Rental Assistance is available in Australia. And it helps a lot.
