You do have a lot on your plate atm @Teej . I hope everything goes smoothly for you and including your current legal issues. As you said it is quite stressful to be going through the legal system. Remember to be strict on your self care and do the things that help ground you and give you peace of mind. Some problem solving activties might help with your concentration and of course looking after yourself, it might help with this too.
I really do understand your frustration- in terms of were you would like to be and not making enough headway in that regard. I try to ignore those thoughts too. I just have to keep putting one foot in front of the other. I should check to see what the weather will be like over the next few days- it seems a bit warmer tonight.
