@TAB  yes doc sent me for all kinds of tests today so have to wait. feel so weak and listless feels the same as the pneumonia i had same time last year but we will have to wait for results to come in. i hate being sick is so boring. 7 more days before the big 60! what special things will you do for yourself?

hadnt even thought about birthday tbh

um just did 2/3rds of exercises from program am on am sore already all compound-type exercises that use/need stabilisers I might be a bit short on them lol
