I'm at centrelink now and I'm so anxious. I want to get up and go. 
I hate them. I'm so nervous. Need to finish off the form I stsrted but too overwhelmed. 
hope I get a nice person

At centrelink today I had a nice lady who showed me what to do on the computer. So many stupid questions that I didn't know the answers for. I started getting anxious and upset. She could see this and  she helped me. Not finished yet I have to go back. 

right now I feel like a crazy girl. Ready to explode. I'm so nervous my skin is breaking out. My head has all these little lumpy things. My glands are up and sore. I think it's all stress. Might have to see my GP

Right now I so f.....ng hate my psych. 
he's rude condescending and I felt he attacked me with his words 

of no he says he's not attacking 

it's me thst needs changing and I have to realise that it's me 

if I forgot he's so perfect 

well they can all go and jump

this f...ng BPD behaviour I have has caused so many problems 

and it's all my fault 

they can go away
