Don't worry about people like that Hams- be strong and surround yourself with people that value your presence. Keep moving forward and stay in your job because at least it is giving you experience and you are able to pay your bills. But I also respect your decision. But persevering in something  builds character and strength and growth and sometimes we didn't see that but otherwise well. I am proud of you and I believe in you.
