i don't want to sleep again in fear it will happen again 

the attack was so real 

I was so strong on my mum 

our eyes reached each other's 

it's too graphic to write 

I hate her for what she's done 

I'm not sorry for what I told her 

the look in her eyes 

two nights of terror nightmares 

I don't know what to do

@BlueBay  I have never forgiven my father for being an abusive alcoholic. He is dead now 22 years and ocassionally I have dreams/nightmares of him. Dark dreams. I will sit with you tonight, Holding your hand. Love peaxxx

My absence hasn't been anything with you - I've had a second pain crisis and I'm in hospital atm. I have been reading what you've written and I understand  - your mother is what she is  - whatever that means  - she can't help herself ans she will regret it - it's no reflection on you
