I understand why you're anxious but I'm sure it will all work out perfectly. 

Toby.  How could I forget his name?  Should be easy but memory is an issue for me. 

If we go to court I have to prove that work knew I was mentally ill or should have known.  But it's not my manager.  I have to prove the health network should have known rather than my individual manager.  Bloody hard to do for a psych injury.  Anyway,  fingers crossed.

Good news.  I spoke to my gp about my spiralling mood and she told me to call my psychiatrist.  Psychiatrist put me on the mood stabiliser I used to be on early last year.  Fingers crossed this helps.
