Well we mowed 6 lawns today -- that`s my exercise done

well it is like this

all good intentions

started out well, only 2 black coffees dont take sugar this morning, healthy all bran cereal

drank water this morning and afternoon

after lunch, 2 biscuits

tonight after dinner, found some dark chocolate with roast almonds in the fridge my husband had been eating whilst i was in hospital

hmm not much left, feeling sick, guilt i think

so - can i start tomorrow???? please???

Have not heard of Qi Gong, will have to look it up.

Not too taxing on the body. The DVD I use has a warm up, stretching and then Qi Gong section. Takes about 45 minutes.

Home made muesli with full cream milk for brekky here, black coffee, 2 tspn low GI sugar

Don't feel guilty about full cream milk as all milk is low GI and it is the only milk I have all day.

breakfast:  all bran cereal  2 cups black coffee no sugar

lunch: mackerel mixed salad sandwich (leftover tossed salad from dinner last night)

dinner: will be cold roast lamb, boiled potatoes and tossed green salad with cheese, olives, spanish onion, beetroot 

later snack: have to have some chocolate .... did go for a walk
