Looking after ourselves

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

My morning meds do make me tired @Sans911 @Snowie and I could quite easily go back to sleep every morning after I take them. Having to get to work helps but I often have to fight through the morning block with lack of energy. I often feel much better in the afternoon when they have worn off a bit.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

My week is looking ok. Have got a psych appt. and my last indivdual DBT session. H is also going overseas for work so a bit anxious about that. I think I might have a pdoc appt. too but have to ring up tomorrow to see if it is this week or next

@Sans911

Your volunteer events normally keep you quite busy.

@outlander @Snowie

I'm doing OK. I'm not sure really. I'm not feeling much of anything. Medication does that to you.

How are you both?
