Short guided meditation or self help videos that have helped SANE members

Hi everyone, we're starting this thread thanks to a share in another thread by @Serenity1, on some Youtube videos that have been helping with self growth, forgiveness or stress reduction. Great topic to start, so we're leading with one of Jojo7's recommendations (the following comment). Please, all are welcome and feel free to share any videos or meditations that have helped you. Hopefully this thread can be a resource for forum members who are having a tough day or want to try something new Heart

The first video is a 10 minute meditation, guided by Aaron Doughty, who has a playlist of guided meditations on his Youtube channel

Hi @Ali11 I’ve watched two of them. I liked the last one. I admit that I skipped through the second one a bit but that’s just me. Thought I might tag @oceangirl who might like the Tyson Fury one.
