Swings.
Handball.
Music & dancing.
A long hot shower.
Swimming.
Talking with friends.
Telling myself that it's ok to feel afraid. ( I have PTSD ) And that fear is just another emotion.
It can't rule me. Even though sometimes I feel like a puppet.

Coping strategies that work for me include:

  • Walking the dogs (not taking my mobile phone on these walks)
  • gardening (earthing myself)
  • spending time barefoot (it slows me down)
  • Tai Chi play (breathing slowly)

These and more.  Smiley Wink
