When I was younger and my farther he looked like he was getting ready to going out I would ask him, where are you going Dad? He would reply with something like “in the knees” or “to see a man about a dog”.

Well the other day my eldest son asked me where are you going Dad? my reply to him was, to see two psychologist’s about a psychiatrist.

I really like your anecdote here. Things could definitely be more complicated now - but perhaps on that note, people have also become more honest and transparent too? Especially around getting support when we need it.
